James was an absolute pleasure to deal with, I called him to move 2 radiators for me and a leaking sink after speaking to him I knew he was the man for me, he popped round had a look and gave me a price that was very competitive, he came round 10 days later and completed the job, he cleared up all his mess and done a very tidy job, I would recommend James to anyone i know thanks a lot

Absolutely spot on for service . We had a  water cylinder replaced and all pipework fitted. James didn't really stop all the time he was here. Took all of the old rubbish away as well as protecting all of the carpets with a runner.Because of the cold snap they were very busy,but still managed to fit us in within a few days.Glad to see that some companies still care about the customer.
Would not hesitate to recommend Willow Services.

Such a positive experience with this company. They were able to prioritise an assessment and installation for us, even staying until almost 7pm to ensure that we e had hot water the same day.
